I’m proud to announce that I’ve been selected as the winner of the LGBAC 2017 VIDEO GAME COMPOSITION award.
The audition required to compose two tracks for a level of a given video game whose development is now in progress.
Currently, I’m working on mastering my orchestration skills and writing some extra musical moments like the Level Complete Music.
The complete work will be published as a preview together with the video game created by Matt and Geoff Ekström on Oct 21st in New York, at Baruch College’s Mason Hall, where the symphonic band called “The Lesbian & Gay Big Apple Corps” will be playing a concert accompanying a gameplay shown in real time.
The name of the event is “Level Up! The Iconic Music of Video Games and Anime“, a free show celebrating the historical, fun and amazing music of our favorite video games and anime! Take a nostalgic trip back with The Lesbian & Gay Big Apple Corps and the music of The Legend Of Zelda, Super Mario Bros., Banjo-Kazooie, My Neighbor Totoro, Cowboy Bebop, and much more!
Too early to reveal other informations about this project, but I’ll keep you updated!
